SIZE:
Approx. 3.1-3.5 inches, about 0.35 inches thick.
MATERIALS:
The colorful pet portrait is painted on natural wood using acrylic paint and is sealed with 2 coats of archival clear varnish for long-lasting protection. A background color is added to help your pet portrait “pop!”
Each wood slice is unique as they are made from natural wood, so dimensions will vary slightly. The wood used may vary in color, bark, and texture. It may contain saw marks and natural imperfections or blemishes. I use pieces that I feel best suit the rustic appearance and do not detract from the overall look of the artwork.
Please Note: These Natural Wood Ornaments should NOT be kept/stored in areas with vast humidity/temperature changes, as this can cause the wood to swell and shrink rapidly, and can cause cracking! Although very rare, if this does happen, please contact me and I’ll be happy to remake your ornament at a discounted price.
SHIPPING POLICY:
$5 flat rate per order (USA only) or choose the Local Pickup Option at checkout for Charleston Local Friends/Family of Austin.
Taxes are calculated at Checkout and won’t be included with the initial product price.
REFUND POLICY:
All purchases are non-refundable. Of course I want you to have the best experience possible with your ornament, so if you have any order issues please email me @austinwaychoffstudio@gmail.com
How long until I receive my order(s)?:
I complete ornaments in the order they are ticketed. The amount of time is different per ornament depending on the portrait, amount of detail, and drying time. I will email you back once you’ve emailed me your photo references and help you decide on the best photo. Once I reply to you email and get the “green light” from you about which photo reference works the best, please allow 3-4 weeks from for item to be completed and shipped off/ready to be picked up. If you’re ordering more than one ornament, please allow for more time. You’ll be sent an email notifying you of your order status. I do my best to complete orders in a timely manner, but you deserve a quality product, and that takes time. I am an artist, not a machine, thank you for your understanding and support :)
